We want you to love your Joytime purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
